Pathway – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pathway (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree, do not use Pathway.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Pathway. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content

Users (influencers and brands) may upload, post, or share content, including images, videos, and text (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Pathway a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content but are solely responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Brand–Influencer Relationships

Pathway serves as a connection platform only.
We do not guarantee any collaboration outcomes or payment terms between brands and influencers.
All agreements, deliverables, and payments are handled directly between users unless otherwise specified by Pathway.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
Post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
Use Pathway for spam, scams, or unauthorized marketing.
Use artificial intelligence or automated systems to create, post, or interact with content on the Platform without clear disclosure and prior written consent from Pathway.
Use AI tools or bots to impersonate other users, manipulate engagement metrics, scrape data, or generate misleading or harmful material.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform (excluding User Content), including logos, text, design, and software, are owned or licensed by Pathway and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pathway provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding its operation, accuracy, or availability.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform, or from interactions between users.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm other users or the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

Pathway may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
